1. Order Sync

Our Order Sync feature enables you to keep your Squarespace store aligned with your marketplace orders. Here's what you can achieve:

• Order Insertion: Insert orders into your Squarespace store from the marketplace, ensuring that all order details are accurately transferred and managed.

• Order Status Updates: Seamlessly update order statuses from your Squarespace store back to the marketplace. This ensures that customers are always informed about their order's progress.

• Shipping Details: Sync shipping information effortlessly, guaranteeing that the right shipping methods and details are communicated to your customers.

• Tracking Information: Keep customers in the loop with real-time tracking information for their orders. This information is synchronized between GoDataFeed, Squarespace, and the marketplace.

• Cancellations: Easily process order cancellations through your Squarespace store, and have these updates reflected accurately in your marketplace account.

2. Squarespace Integration Requirements

To set up the Squarespace order destination successfully, there are a few prerequisites:

• Squarespace Import: It's essential to have an existing Squarespace import set up in GoDataFeed. This import is necessary to retrieve the product IDs required to insert orders into Squarespace. Detailed instructions on setting up a Squarespace import can be found in our help article.

3. Setting Up Squarespace Integration

Configuring the integration between GoDataFeed and Squarespace is straightforward. Here are the steps to follow:

• Location: The "Connect" button for Squarespace integration can be found in two locations:

  • Option 1: Under "Import" > "Primary Source" if your import source is already set up as Squarespace. When you click the "Connect" button, you'll be redirected to Squarespace.

    

  • Option 2: Navigate to "Orders" > "Settings" > "Order Destination," and you'll find the "Connect" button for Squarespace. 
    

Connecting to Squarespace:

• After clicking the "Connect" button, you will be redirected to the Squarespace login page. Please log in with your Squarespace credentials.

  

• Once logged in, you will be prompted to select the Squarespace website that you wish to connect with GoDataFeed.

  • 

• After selecting your website, you will be redirected back to GoDataFeed, completing the integration setup process.

  

Configuring Order Destination:

To set Squarespace as your order destination, follow these steps:

• Navigate to "Orders" > "Settings" > "Order Destination" within GoDataFeed.

• In the "Order Destination" drop-down list, select "Squarespace."
