Inventory Merge File Contents
The inventory merge file includes the following information.
Field | Description |
Walmart_SKU | An arbitrary alphanumeric unique ID, specified by the seller, which identifies each item. |
Walmart_AvailableToSell | Quantity of an item that is available to be allocated to orders |
Walmart_ShipNode | ShipNode Id of the ship node for which the inventory is requested |
Walmart_InputQuantity | Quantity of an item that is input by the seller |
Walmart_Unit | Measurement unit (always "EACH") |
Walmart_Reserved |
Quantity that has been ordered by the customers but not yet shipped |
Merge File Setup
Pre-requisites
To download the inventory data, merchants are required to supply the following:
- Walmart Client ID
- Walmart Client Secret
Follow these steps to set up the Walmart Inventory merge file.
1. Click + button to add a new merge file.
2. Select WalmartInventory.
3. Fill out the Download Settings section with customer’s Walmart credentials.
4. Fill out the Merge settings.
Set Merge File Field to Walmart_SKU (from Walmart merge file).
Set Import Field to the field from the import source.
5. Click the SAVE button to save changes.
