Changing your plan

How to upgrade or downgrade your subscription

You can change your GoDataFeed subscription at any time directly in the app. Follow the steps below:

  1. In the left navigation menu, go to Account > Subscriptions.
  2. On the Subscriptions page, review your current plan and charges.
  3. Click Change Plan.
  4. Select the plan you’d like to switch to. A list of plans, details, and pricing will be shown.

Note: Plan changes take effect immediately.

For example, if you upgrade to the Ultimate plan, you’ll be able to use import filters right away. Any charges will be prorated based on when you change your plan.

If you’re still in your 14-day free trial, you can change your subscription and your trial activation date will remain the same. You’ll only be charged on your billing date after the trial ends, based on the plan and usage you select.
