Account: How to reactivate account and store(s)

Only account owners can access the Account page in the app.

To reactivate the account

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Click on Activate Account
  3. Choose a subscription plan 
  4. Click Preview Invoice
  5. Approve the charge and click Activate 
    • If no payment method exists in the account, then a payment method should be added once the charge has been approved.

If there are multiple stores in the account

  1. Go to Account > select Stores from the drop down and find the store that you would like to reactivate
  2. Click the store name to open the options menu
  3. Click Activate
Note: For any billing inquiries, please submit a request under the topic "Billing".
