Only account owners can access the Account page in the app.
To reactivate the account
- Sign in to your account
- Click on Activate Account
- Choose a subscription plan
- Click Preview Invoice
- Approve the charge and click Activate
- If no payment method exists in the account, then a payment method should be added once the charge has been approved.
If there are multiple stores in the account
- Go to Account > select Stores from the drop down and find the store that you would like to reactivate
- Click the store name to open the options menu
- Click Activate
