Our integration provides seamless product imports allowing you to manage your product data in your Cart Online Store while we automatically retrieve the latest changes on a daily basis.
Create a private app token in your store
Step 1 From your store admin, go to Tools > Apps & Addons > API Token Manager
Step 2 Click New in the top-right
Step 3 Enter 'App Name' and 'App Description'
You may also add which feeds or orders you are using GoDataFeed for in the name to make it easier to identify the app for your future self, like this "GoDataFeed - Google, Facebook, Amazon, Walmart".
- App Name: GoDataFeed
- App Description: Advertising and Sales Channels
Step 4 Choose Single Token Flow as the authentication flow
Step 5 Select the store and the following permissions
For use with Product Listings, Channel Feeds and so on
If you intend to use only our product listings features, then you can limit to only this permission:
- Catalog Permissions: View catalog data
For use with Order Sync
If you intend to use our marketplace order sync features, then be sure to select these permissions:
- People Permissions: View and change customer, user, or profile data
- Orders Permissions: View and change order data
- Catalog Permissions: View catalog data
Step 6 Click Save to generate your token
Step 7 API Access Token is now ready
Treat the API access token like you would any other password since whoever has access to it also has API access to the store.
Configure import source settings in GoDataFeed
Step 8 In GoDataFeed > Products > Select Cart Online Stores
Step 9 Enter your store's Store URL, API Token
Note: The Store URL is the store admin URL without '/store/admin', i.e.,
https://godatafeedsandbox.americommerce.com/store/admin .
Step 10 Save & Import Now
🎉 You have now successfully imported your products from Cart Online Stores. Our system will import your products daily according to your product import schedule.
