As of January 2024, GoDataFeed App will support the feature of Multi-User from BigCommerce This allows store administrators to manually authorize users to load the app.

 

How Multi-Users work?

For all existing accounts, store owners and store administrators may follow the instructions below to grant permission or revoke permission to a regular user to use GoDataFeed. 

Store owners have to go through GoDataFeed's registration steps to create an account. After permission is granted, users can just click to load our app, and we will create a new account for that user in our database. When permission is revoked, we will handle requests from BigCommerce and will remove the user from our database.

Important

The Store Owner in BigCommerce must be the user to grant access to adding the GoDataFeed App within GoDataFeed or the app may not install successfully. Should you face issues with installation please ensure the Store Owner within BigCommerce and your email is not already a user created within GoDataFeed, if your issue persist you can contact our support team for more support.

Can install, uninstall, load apps and remove-user.

Users

Cannot install or uninstall apps.

Users are permitted only to load the apps that a store owner authorized.

Grant permission to users

  1. Go to Account Settings

  1. Click on Users

  1. Choose the user > Click on Edit

  1. In BC Control Panel, scroll down to Single Click App, and give this user permission to GoDataFeed app.

  1. After Save, that user will be able to see GoDataFeed app under Apps.

Revoke user permission

  1. Go to Users > Edit on specific user

  2. Uncheck GoDataFeed, hit Save
