While you can include or exclude SKUs through filter rules, you also have the ability to manually include or exclude specific SKUs.
To manually include/exclude individual SKUs:
- Go to the Feeds tab from the left navigation
- Click the desired feed template
- Select Product Validation under the PREVIEW section in the sidebar menu
- Change the inclusion/exclusion status by clicking the product status button next to the sku.
- Included: Shows green circle
- Excluded: Shows grey pause
To manually include/exclude SKUs in bulk:
- Go to the Feeds tab from the left navigation
- Click to open the desired feed template
- Select Product validation under the PREVIEW section in the sidebar menu
- To exclude SKUs, check the box next to all SKUs that you would like to exclude
- Select exclude SKUs from the actions drop-down menu on the right side of the screen
- To include SKUs, check the box next to all SKUs that you would like to include
- Select include SKUs from the actions drop-down menu on the right of the screen
- To exclude SKUs, check the box next to all SKUs that you would like to exclude
- To individually include/exclude an sku, click on the status in the row and then click the option from the drop-down.
Please note: When manually excluding a product, our software looks for the SKU (id) field from the imported product data. Any products whose SKU (id) field was modified through rules will not be found in the customer’s import source data and therefore will not be excluded from the Feed.
