While you can include or exclude SKUs through feed filter rules, you also have the ability to manually include or exclude specific SKUs.

Feed filter rules will not apply to products that are manually included or excluded.

How to manually include/exclude SKUs individually or in bulk

  1. In any feed template, navigate to the 'Feed' page
  2. You can choose the items you would like to include/exclude
  3. Once selected you will see the button in the top left corner of the table
  4. Click the button and choose to 'Include selected skus' or 'Exclude selected skus'-- you can also select to 'Reset selected skus' if if you would like to remove any manual exclusions or inclusions

Products manually excluded will display the status symbol shown in the screenshot below. When you hover over the status it will indicate the product has been manually excluded, show the user who excluded the product, and the date and time the product was excluded.

Please note: When manually excluding a product, our software looks for the SKU (id) field from the imported product data. Any products whose SKU (id) field was modified through rules will not be found in the customer’s import source data, and therefore will not be excluded from the feed.

Contact our support team for further assistance with this issue. Be sure to provide any affected sku's or screenshots of where you are encountering an issue.
