Overview

Monty is GoDataFeed's AI-powered assistant that helps you find answers, troubleshoot issues, understand features, and navigate GoDataFeed without leaving the app.

Monty uses information from GoDataFeed resources, including the Help Center and internal product documentation, to answer questions and provide relevant resources.

You can also ask follow-up questions within the same conversation. Monty remembers the context of your conversation so you can continue asking questions without repeating information.

Before using Monty:

  • Make sure you are logged into the store you need help with.
  • Have any relevant error messages or details about the issue available so you can include them in your question.
