Issue:

BigCommerce primary source might import duplicate SKUs for child variants from BigCommerce when a product has multiple variant option sets, but a unique SKU for each possible variant combination was never added. 

Resolution:

1. Set up unique SKUs for each possible combination of the product
2. Refer to this help article from BigCommerce on how to make SKUs for variants.
