Overview

The Pinterest Creative Catalog feed template allows you to publish image and video creatives to Pinterest Ads Manager. Unlike a traditional product catalog, Creative Catalogs are designed for branded content, lifestyle imagery, influencer content, and videos that don't represent physical products.

Once your feed is published, Pinterest creates Pins from your creative assets that can be organized into Pin Groups and used in Awareness, Consideration, or Conversion campaigns.

Before you begin

Before publishing your feed, make sure you have:

  • A Pinterest Business account
  • A Creative Catalog created in Pinterest Ads Manager
  • A Pinterest Creative Catalog feed configured in GoDataFeed
  • A Hosted Feed URL

Looking for a different Pinterest feed type?

Creative Catalogs are built for branded content, lifestyle imagery, and video — not individual products. If that's not what you're after, here's where to go instead:

Publish a standard product catalog

If you're advertising physical products rather than lifestyle or branded content, use a standard product catalog instead. See Feed: Pinterest - Publishing a feed to Pinterest.

Showcase local store inventory

If you have physical store locations and want to show shoppers accurate, store-specific pricing and availability nearby, set up Local Inventory instead. This takes two feeds, set up in order:

  1. First, upload your store locations. See Feed: Publishing Store Locations to Pinterest.
  2. Then, publish your Local Inventory feed to link products to those stores. See Feed: Publishing a Local Inventory Feed to Pinterest.
