Import: Wix - How to contact Wix Support

GoDataFeed brings in data from your import source. We may not be able to see how you have a product configured within Wix or any other connections made within Wix. Should you need assistance via support ticket please be sure to provide 3-6 example sku's and the affected item and the additional details regarding the issue.  

How to Contact Support at Wix

You can contact support at Wix to provide more insight for assistance on your Wix store or how your previous connection from Wix to Facebook may be set up.

To contact support you can follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to https://www.wix.com/contact 
  2. Sign in to your account. 
  3. Follow the prompts appropriate to your issue and provide more details to contact their support. Support available may depend on your plan.
