The issue is usually associated with 3dcart directly.
First, we may be able to help you determine if this issue is related to bad data for one or more products.
If we cannot determine which product contains bad data, then please reach out to Shift4shop with the following information:
- The error message: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error
- The timestamp of when the error occurred
- Merchants have stated that when Shift4shop reset the server this resolved the issue.
