If you receive an import failure notification with the below error message, follow the troubleshooting steps in this article. 

Error message: Server returned a fault exception: |3| Invalid api path

Our services cannot access the GoDataFeed Extension in your Magento account.

The GoDataFeed Extension is either:

• Not installed
• Not enabled
• Does not match the version of Magento Connect that you are using

The GoDataFeed Extension must be enabled in this Magento account. To verify that our module is enabled, go into the Magento Advanced Configuration settings in Magento:

1. In Magento, go to System > Configuration > Advanced (Left bottom side of screen)
2. Select Disable Modules Output, and look for the GoDataFeed module in this list to confirm it is enabled.
3. Your settings should show the GoDataFeed extension as enabled.
