ISSUE:

GDF Import system cannot find the GoDataFeed modules that were in the root location of your store. You may have made updates to your site and did not copy over the old GDF files to the new root directory.

RESPONSE:

• Test if the GDF module files are in your location by entering into the browser: the import URL + the GDF module calls.

• Example: https://www.mystore.com/godatafeed.php?start=201&count=100&key=jknx10d; Verify with the merchant that we are pulling from their most updated website directory.

• The two files godatafeed.php and codelock.php should be in the root location where their store's product data is stored.
