Troubleshooting Magento 1.x: [2] Access denied

Server returned a fault exception: [2] Access denied.

  • Verify if the API Username and API Pessword (API Key) are correct or try to set a new password/key via Magento Admin Panel > System > Web-Services > SOAP/XML-RPC - Users.
  • Verify the Base URL is correct and in the correct format on the Imports Settings page in GoDataFeed Control Panel.
  • Verify the API User's Role Resources allow for Product access.
