Our order sync solution provides merchants with powerful time-saving software that continuously moves orders and fulfillments between an order source and an order destination.

An order source is a marketplace like Amazon, while an order destination is a merchant's storefront, like Shopify.  

Merchants will use our Order Sync software to automatically retrieve orders from the source and send them to the destination as they become available. In the destination, the order item inventory will be automatically updated and a merchant will review the synced orders and prepare fulfillment. Any updated fulfillment information in the destination will be sent back to the source automatically so that the source can inform the buyer that the order has been shipped.

Real-Time Sync Monitoring

Merchants can monitor the synchronization process through the GoDataFeed Order Sync dashboard. This dashboard provides a clear view of new orders detected, the status of sending them to the destination, retrieving fulfillment information, and marking orders as shipped.

Our software supports the synchronization of order information up to the shipped status in the order lifecycle. If an order is canceled by the merchant or customer during syncing, our system ensures that cancellations are properly synced between the source and destination.

Limitations and Additional Features

While our Order Sync software automates the synchronization process, merchants are responsible for monitoring orders in both the destination and source before, during, and after synchronization. 

Additionally, our platform does not support data manipulation or services typically provided by a traditional OMS solution, such as purchasing shipping labels or reconciling financial statements.

For more complex needs, our Order Sync software also supports custom integrations and enterprise customers via our Order Sync API, ensuring that any order management workflow can leverage our syncing capabilities from supported order sources to any destination.
