Deactivate, pause, or delete a store

Deactivating a store leaves all the store information in place while putting the billing on pause, so you can come back to it at any time. 

Follow these steps to deactivate a store:

Step 1 Go to Account > Stores in upper right-hand corner of the app

 

Step 2 Click the Store Name > Deactivate

 

Step 3 Confirm you wish to deactivate the store

 

Step 4 Find your deactivated stores by going to the Inactive tab in the upper-right corner of the Stores page

 

Step 5 Additionally, you can DELETE the store using the store name menu again. There is no charge to keep a deactivated store on your account. Deleting a store cannot be undone, so proceed with caution.
