This article will help you manage your stores in your GoDataFeed account. We will cover these actions:

Adding stores

Please open up a support ticket for further assistance when adding a store and being billed via Shopify, and our team can provide you with the best way to move forward.

  1. Go to the Stores page
  2. Click the Add button
  3. Enter your store's information
  4. Choose a plan
  5. Save
Note: An FTP location will automatically be created for you.

Editing stores

  1. Go to the Stores page
  2. Click on the store you want to edit from the Stores list screen
  3. Edit store details
  4. Save

Switching stores

  1. Go to the Stores page, click on the Switch button for the store you want to switch to
  2. Or, use the top right store picker to switch stores

Store status

Activated: Active stores have full functionality available to them. Stores with active status are billed monthly.

Deactivated: Deactivating a store freezes all of its active modules while preserving their settings and configurations.

Deactivated stores do not accrue charges. This is especially important for seasonal stores that need to be paused without deactivating the account. When you're ready, you can reactivate your store at a prorated amount.

Deactivating a store

  1. Go to Account > Stores (found in the top menu of the app)
  2. Find the desired store
  3. Click the store name to open the menu
  4. Click Deactivate
  5. Confirm you want to deactivate the store
  6. Done - your store is deactivated

Deleting stores

A store can be deleted to remove it completely from an account. This permanently deletes all related settings and configurations for that store. To pause billing without deleting your store's module configurations, deactivate the store instead.

If you would like to delete a store from your account, complete the following steps:

  1. First, deactivate the store following the instruction above
  2. Then, go to Account > Stores
  3. Click the ALL or INACTIVE filter view in the upper right corner of the stores page
    1. Typically, the Stores page defaults to Active only
  4. Find the deactivated store
  5. Click the store name to open the menu again
  6. Click Delete
  7. Confirm you want to delete the store
  8. Done - you've deleted the store
