Our support team is ready to help setup or troubleshoot your eBay feeds and orders. First, add us to your users in your eBay Seller account by following the directions below. This information is from the eBay Help article entitled Multi-User Account Access.

You must be opted-in to Seller Hub to allow another user access to your account. If you are not yet opted-in, you can opt in here. After you opt in, you can grant permissions to another user to act on your behalf. 

Add user to your eBay Seller account

You must be opted-in to Seller Hub to allow another user access to your account. If you are not yet opted-in, you can opt in here. After you opt in, you can grant permissions to another user to act on your behalf. Go to My eBay > Summary > Account, and click Permissions under My Account to invite your users and grant them permissions.

To add a new user, follow these steps:

1. Go to My eBay > Summary > Account > Permissions
2. On the Permissions page, click Add User
3. Enter the name "GoDataFeed Support" and email "support@godatafeed.com"
4. Grant permissions to "Create and edit drafts", "Publish and revise listings", "View orders"
5. Click Add user
