API Access Authorization - Requesting API Credentials
Important: If the API settings is not available for you, please contact your Newegg admin account holder to submit requests OR grant the access to this feature. The access can be updated at User Account Settings for Manage Account > Data Feed Settings, refer to Manage Sub-user Access for Account for details.
In Newegg, go to Seller Portal > Manage Account > Data Feed Settings > API Settings
If no API was issued for an account, please click REQUEST to get started.
Accounts assigned API/Secret key information.
Enable/Disable API access. The current account status of API access. For any questions or concerns, please contact Newegg Integration team.
Since we submit your feed using your Seller API and Secret Key. You can contact the Newegg Integration team to request these details. Godatafeed will not be available to select as a service provider.
Email Newegg Support firstname.lastname@example.org for your API Secret Key. In the body of the email, be sure to include the seller store name, email address, and seller id, and indicate the request is for GoDataFeed. NewEgg will process the request in 24 hours.
All requested secret keys for the service provider will be logged for an account. To remove authorization click the “X” under the Remove column for a specified service provider.
- Copy and paste the secret key into GoDataFeed.
