Feed: Houzz Marketplace - Requirements for California Proposition 65

Houzz requires these updated fields for Prop 65 below.

Prop65Disclosure	You are required to disclose whether this product requires a warning based on California's Proposition 65. This proposition entitles California consumers to special warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm if those products expose consumers to such chemicals above certain threshold levels. You must first specify "yes" or "no." The most current list of Prop65 chemicals can be found at https://www.p65warnings.ca.gov/chemicals.
Prop65WarningType	If you enter "yes" for Prop65Disclosure, you may choose to display a Long Form or Short Form Prop65 Warning on your Houzz products. The Long Form warning requires you to identify at least one of the specific chemicals in your product. Note that Houzz does not provide any legal advice regarding any of these fields. Houzz encourages you to consult an attorney regarding your warning. You are responsible for complying with all legal requirements. Please specify "longform" or "shortform" as valid values.
Prop65Harm	If you enter "yes" for Prop65Disclosure then you can indicate the type of harm if you select the Long Form warning. Valid values are "cancer", "birthdefects" or "both"
Prop65Chemicals	If you enter "yes" for Prop65Disclosure then you must indicate at least one specific chemical that causes that harm if you select the long form warning. Separate by commas if you identify multiple chemicals.
