To list products or sync orders with eBay, GoDataFeed uses the eBay API. When you authorize GoDataFeed to manage listings and access orders, an authorization token is generated.

Tokens have a hard expiration date of 18 months to prevent security issues.

Once a token has expired, all API calls using that token will fail with error 932: "Auth token is hard expired."

Follow the steps in the feed or orders settings to renew the eBay auth token.
