The eBay feed template has a field called ConditionID.

When do I use the eBay Item Condition IDs field?

If you sell products in any condition other than "new." Please note that certain categories only support certain product conditions. 

The condition is automatically used as an item specific to eBay's system - do not map "condition" as an item specific or you will get this message, "Dropped condition from Item specifics."
