How to contact support

You can contact Commerce Manager support through email or live chat.

  1. Go to Commerce Manager and select your shop
  2. In the Education tab, select Contact support
  3. Choose the topics you need from the dropdown
  4. Write your message
  5. Select either Chat or email as your preferred contact method
  6. Select Send

If you select Email, replies to your message may take up to 24 hours and are sent to your business email address. You can change this email address in your Commerce Manager settings.

If you select Chat, this opens a conversation with a representative in Messenger.

Note: Meta (Facebook) is gradually introducing the live chat option. This feature may not be available to you right now.
