Troubleshooting errors

Important: Remove Invalid Characters from Catalog Feed

To ensure your catalog feed processes correctly, please verify that no field contains commas (,), newlines (\n), or carriage returns (\r). You can text replace these values our by creating a rule or contacting our support team. 

How to submit the feed to Applovin

When you're ready to submit your feed to Applovin you can follow steps 1-3 of their help article on how to edit your Catalog type. You can also view a video on how this process works. Since we are a third party catalog you can locate your feed pull URL within your feed settings in GoDataFeed and use this URL to update in Applovin. 

Steps to enable a Dynamic Product Catalog (DPA) using Godatafeed

1. Navigate to the Catalog section and Select Catalog.
   
   
   
   
2. Enter a Catalog Name and click Continue to proceed. 
   
   
   
   
3. Choose your preferred integration method. You should select the second option, Upload from a file. You will then be prompted to enter your source URL, and you can click Update catalog at the bottom of the page to complete your submission.
