The account owner controls other users and has full access over the entire GoDataFeed account. If you, the account owner, need to change which email address (aka username) is used to sign in for any user, including the owner, then please follow these steps.

These actions can only be performed by the account owner
Contact us to have our team change ownership between users on your account.
Updating the Account Owner username
- Log in as the account owner
- Go to Users from the left navigation menu
- Open the account owner user details by clicking on your username
- Click on the checkbox "Edit username" to enable editing
- Enter a unique email address
- Save
Once you have updated the username, note that the password stays the same.
If you are changing your username to a different email address that you own, then you can now sign in to your GoDataFeed account using the new username and the same password.
If you are changing your username to a different person who owns the new email address, then you can inform them to use the 'Forgot Password' function on the sign in screen. They will be emailed a link to change the password.
Updating another user's username
- Log in as the account owner
- Go to Users from the left navigation menu
- Open the desired user details by clicking on the username
- Click on the checkbox "Edit username" to enable editing
- Enter a unique email address
- Save
Once you have updated the user's username, they will need to use the new username and their same old password to sign in to their GoDataFeed account.
