Order Sync: Google source settings

Easily manage orders from multiple marketplaces in one place. GoOrderSync allows you to update a marketplace order's status, shipping details, tracking information and cancellations. Marketplace order information may be either synced directly with your supported shopping cart platform (see below) or via the GoDataFeed API.

This article will help you set up your Google Shopping Actions to sync with orders your store. 

  1. Go to Orders > Settings
  2. Click the plus button add_button.PNG  and add Google Shopping Actions as a marketplace
  3. Click on the name to open the source settings
  4. Next, you will connect to your Google account
    1. If you have already authenticated your Google account, select the saved Google account to use to connect Order Sync.
    2. If you have not authenticated your Google account, click Authenticate
      1. You will be redirected to Google to authenticate our app
      2. Then you will be redirected back to GoDataFeed to save authentication token
      3. Finally, go back to Orders > Settings > Google
  5. Next, configure the Shipping Methods Table:
    1. Set the shipping methods for each Google shipping service you offer to customers, which will appear on the order details in your store when GoDataFeed creates the order in your store's platform. If you are using the GoDataFeed API, then this will be the value provided for shipping method when you get orders.
    2. Shipping Method: These are the Google Shipping Services you offer to customers. Methods are identified by the fulfillment channel and shipping service chosen for the order.
      1. Google Shipping Service Levels:
        • Same Day
        • One Day
        • Two Day
        • Expedited
        • Standard
        • Free Economy
    3.  Shipping Carrier: set a static value to be used when GoDataFeed updates Google with the Tracking Number from your store.
    4. Name: Typically, you should make Name be the same as the Value.
    5. Value: This is the value of the shipping method that will appear in your store order details. Most platforms allow you to use any value, but Volusion merchants must use the Shipping Option code.
