We are excited to announce the launch of the enhanced Marketplace Returns program—another step towards a best-in-class customer experience and improved seller tools!
Important Go-Live Activities
We recommend starting today! Configure the newly available Returns Settings in Seller Center to immediately benefit from the greater control and cost savings of the new, fast and efficient process.
If you don’t make the switch yourself by October 31, you will automatically be moved to the program’s new default settings. Some settings require operational planning, so don’t delay.
New Returns Dashboard
Managing returns is also now easier with the new Returns dashboard available in Seller Center and supported through API. Learn more about using this tool to streamline your returns and refunds.
The Returns dashboard displays your returns sorted by their status, Initiated, Received, and Completed.
The Return Details section will provide information about the item, its shipping method, and the return method the customer used. You'll also see any comments entered by the customer.
We understand that sellers may be concerned about the potential misuse of returns. Our platform has mechanisms to ensure proper returns processing for customers and sellers. In addition, if you have a problem with a return, you may report an issue by opening a case with Partner Support. Walmart will review these requests and determine the appropriate action.
