How often can I set my feed to submit? 

Answer

You can set the time you want to send your feed. To do this, you will click on the "Feeds" tab and select the one you want to configure. After you have selected the feed you'd like to set a schedule for, you will click on "Settings" as shown in the image:

If the feed is submitted by pulling the URL, the delivery schedule must be configured directly in the settings of the channel used for the feed.

If the feed is submitted via FTP/SFTP, you can click on the button as shown in the image and set the schedule you prefer:
