If you receive an import failure notification with the below error message, follow the troubleshooting steps in this article.
Error message: Custom Field: ___ does not exist in this store
Our system cannot find the field that was entered in the Mappings > Custom Field box. The field entered does not match the data. To find the correct Field ID in NetSuite:
- Log into your NetSuite account
- Find a product using this field
- In the product details page, click on the field. A new window will open with the Field ID information at the bottom-right.
- If you cannot find the Field ID, ask a GoDataFeed support team member to reference the error log which shows all the custom field IDs found in your store.
